Heylo requirements

Colostomy or illeostomy
Heylo is only compatible with Colostomy and Illeostomy stoma types. Should your patients have urostomy, Heylo unfortunately is not compatible.
Liquid or mushy output
Heylo works best for output that tends to be liquid or mushy. If your patients have firm output, Heylo unfortunately is not compatible.
Smartphone
Although most newer smartphones work with the Heylo app, some older models won’t. If you’re not sure your patient's phone will be compatible, you can check this list of compatible devices.
