In this course we will be looking at wound assessment and management. 

The first section in this course describes the burden of wound care and why wound assessment can be challenging. In the first section, we also introduce the Triangle of Wound Assessment; a holistic wound assessment tool that can help clinicians to complete wound assessment in an intuitive step-by-step approach. 

In the second section, we go through each step of the Triangle of Wound Assessment in detail: starting with the assessment of the patient and the social context and ending up with the management goals, treatment choices and follow up plan. 

Lastly, the final assessment where your knowledge about wound assessment and management will be tested.
